In October, Miss Scott had the pleasure of an invitation to represent Wales as a marshal at the Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at St James’ Palace.

The presentation took place in the Entrée Room, most famously known as being the venue Prince William and Kate Middleton chose to officially announce their engagement in 2010, and featured guest speak Olympic Gold medal-winning cyclist Nicole Cooke MBE. HRH Duke of Wessex was representing the Duke of Edinburgh and was delighted to see so many pupils from Monmouth achieving the prestigious Award. Congratulations to old girls Hannah Atherton, Natasha Aziz, Abigail Carruthers, Joanna Hancock and Georgia Rolfe.
