Sophie (Y11) has been given the thumbs up by judges at the Open Mic UK auditions.  Having queued with some 500 other hopefuls at the NEC earlier in September, Sophie impressed the judges with her singing and her acoustic guitar playing and, as a result, has gained a place in the regional finals to be held on 29^th October.  Sophie was a finalist at Monmouth’s Got Talent this year.
