Athletics Captain, Menna, became Welsh Schools 1500m Champion on Saturday.  She competed for South East Wales at the Welsh Schools Athletics Championships in Brecon and ran the race of her life smashing her personal best and outsprinting her opposition in the last 100m to win in 4 mins 57secs.  Menna will now compete for Wales in the Schools International Match in Cardiff on July 16^th.  An outstanding achievement.
