After a week of torrential rain, the Tea Concert proved once again that it has the magical powers to banish the dreadful weather and bring out the sunshine. It was a beautiful evening, and not just because of the warm glow of sunshine piercing through the glass, but for the quality of the performers and the musicianship they displayed during the concert. The large audience was captivated and thrilled by the variety of the programme, including the rendition of four songs in four different languages. For all those who attended, it was deemed one of the best Tea Concerts of this year.
