A group of HMSG rowers and staff returned to Cardiff to run the annual 10k race on Sunday 11^th September.  In true HMSGRC style, all of the girls rose to the 10k challenge and smashed their times from last year.  Rachel was the first rower home in a time of 56m44s.  An outstanding performance as this was Rachel’s first 10k run.   Mr Meek proved to be too quick for the girls and produced a PB of 48m49s.  Congratulations to Alice, Rachel, Elena, Rachel, Isobel, Ceri, Jess, Felicity, Mrs Newcomb, Mr Meek and Mrs Callaghan.
