Menna, a Year 9 pupil at HMSG, competed at the Royal Windsor Horse Show on the 15/16^th May as a member of a mixed team of three selected to represent the Wales and Borders Junior Tetrathlon team.

Junior tetrathlon involves shooting a target from 7m with an air pistol; running a 1500m cross-country course; swimming as far as possible in 3 minutes and riding a course of jumps.  The Wales and Borders team finished fifth in the competition out of eight teams from Scotland, Northern Ireland and five English regions.  Individually, Menna was placed 5^th out of all the girls in the competition, scoring a personal best in the swim and running the third fastest girl's time for the 1500m.
