Yesterday a number of HSMG rowers ran the Cardiff 10km to raise money for LATCH (a Cardiff based children’s cancer charity).  They were joined by a handful of staff, all out to bag a personal best on a warm September day.  Some staff and girls also took part in the 2km at the same venue.  And in addition to this, four teachers will run the Cardiff Half Marathon in October; Mrs Newcomb is running the Robin Hood Marathon and Mr Penny the Snowdonia Marathon.  All sponsorship will go straight to LATCH, a very worthwhile cause.
