Mrs Manning was crowned W60 British Orienteering Champion on Saturday after an excellent run on a technical course in the Championships at Cannock Chase.  She beat 40 other runners in her class, winning by 28 seconds!

Mrs May won the W60 Short course by 5 minutes over her nearest rival in a field of 14.
