HMSGRC aims to offer girls the opportunity to enjoy rowing whilst providing the means for them to fulfil their true potential.

A girl with the necessary enthusiasm and potential can expect to compete for HMSGRC at the highest level at events such as the Women’s and Schools’ Head, British National Championships, Henley Women’s and National Schools’ Regattas.  The school club has been particulary successful at all of the events listed.

Opportunities also exist to represent Great Britain at Under 16 and Under 18 levels, and Wales at Under 18 level at the Home Countries International.

HMSGRC has strong Under 16 Great Britain representation and several girls have represented Great Britain at Junior level, whilst a number of girls go on every year to represent Wales.

Sports Scholarships are available to rowers entering Year 12.
