Students and staff thoroughly enjoyed a trip to the Bay of Naples at the start of the summer holiday.  Despite the very high temperature, the group explored a wide range of sites – Pompeii, Herculaneum, Villa di Oplontis, the temples at Paestum, Vesuvius, the Archaeological Museum in Naples, Solfatara and the impressive amphitheatre at Pozzuoli.
