Brigid wins Gold at the National Indoor Athletics Championships

Congratulations to Brigid, Head Girl at HMSG, who put in a spectacular performance at the National Indoor Athletics Championships held at the National Indoor Athletics Centre in Cardiff on Sunday, 31^st January.  Brigid competed in the Under 20s 400m and 200m against women 2 years her senior, and surprised herself to win a Silver medal in the 200m and Gold in the 400m with a championship record of 27.6s.

Brigid will hope to continue this run of form when she competes in the UK Championships next month.
