Pupils from year 9 upwards can opt to pursue lacrosse during lessons. Wales Lacrosse Dragon Camps and training regularly take place at Monmouth School for Girls. Pupils have the opportunity to participate in the Welsh Rally, South West Rally and National Championships as well as playing numerous school fixtures.

Monmouth Lacrosse Club is currently available for pupils in years 5-8 and is open to pupils both at Monmouth School for Girls and the surrounding area.
